Vienna
Vienna is a museum paradise and one of the richest in art in Europe. Home to the world famous Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna State Opera, the Vienna Boy's Choir and the Spanish Riding School. The Museum of Fine Arts is considered one of the best in the world.
You can visit the former Palaces of Schonbrunn and Belvedere, now beautiful museums. Or just relax at one of the historic coffee houses and be tempted by the array of delicious pastries.
Landscape
The surrounding landscape is legendary. The Vienna Woods are said to have inspired Beethoven and Kafka, among others. The romantic Wachau region on the Danube showcases many castles and vineyards.
